Canned kratom drinks: which can for which occasion
There's no single "best" kratom can. Which one fits depends on where you're drinking it and what you like to drink, so this page is sorted by occasion, not by brand.
Hot afternoon or by the pool
A fizzy, light can served ice-cold, the way you'd drink a hard seltzer. Most kratom seltzers are made from kratom extract and many are zero-sugar. Brands you'll see on shelves include Rapture, Club 13, Uchie, Mitra9, White Rabbit and Tea Time. Check each label for ingredients and sugar.
Dessert or a movie night
Botanical Brewing Co.'s elixirs are brewed from crushed leaf and taste more like a juice drink: Blueberry Lemonade, Tiki Apple and Island Breeze (tropical). The labels name the leaf color (red, green, white), and the flavor is the practical difference.
With dinner
Something fizzy and not too sweet goes with food the way soda water does. Save the sweeter, juice-style cans for after.
How to read a kratom can
- Extract or leaf: the ingredient list says which.
- Mitragynine: some brands list it per can; leaf-brewed cans often don't.
- Sugar and caffeine: check the nutrition panel. Any caffeine is added by the brand.
- Serving size: one can is one serving.

- Kratom can be habit-forming with regular use. The FDA hasn't approved it for any use, and it's restricted in some states and cities, so check your local rules.
